LACTATE TESTING

We provide all in-house lactate testing at our lab located in South Bristol, equipped with a smart trainer and treadmill.

 

We are also able to travel at an extra cost to perform lactate testing in the field for groups or clubs with a minimum of 2 required and a maximum of 4 people per session, if you are interested in this please email us or drop a note in the contact us form!

 

​​We provide lactate testing for both runners and cyclists to identify the first and second lactate thresholds. These are then correlated with power and pace zones to make accurate training zones so you know you are getting the best out of your training. 

​

Testing can be undertaken as a coached athlete or as a standalone exercise to gather data that can be implemented with your own coach.
